عن التطبيق
تطبيق Saudy Law Firm هو نظام السعودي للمحاماة والاستشارات القانونية على الهاتف وعلى الموقع، يستخدمه أعضاء فريق المكتب لمتابعة القضايا والجلسات والموكلين والمستندات والمهام، ويستخدمه موكلو المكتب الذين تفتح لهم إدارة المكتب دخولًا لمتابعة قضاياهم. لا يمكن إنشاء حساب من التطبيق؛ إدارة المكتب هي التي تُنشئ الحسابات لأعضاء الفريق وللموكلين.
البيانات التي يتعامل معها التطبيق
- بيانات حسابك: الاسم واسم المستخدم والدور في المكتب (مدير، محامٍ، سكرتير، محاسب).
- بيانات العمل التي يُدخلها الفريق: القضايا والجلسات والقرارات، وبيانات الموكلين والشركات وأرقام التواصل، والتوكيلات والعقود، والمستندات والصور المرفوعة، والمهام، وحسابات المكتب (الأتعاب والإيصالات والمصروفات) لمن تسمح له صلاحيته.
- لا يجمع التطبيق موقعك، ولا جهات الاتصال في هاتفك، ولا أي بيانات عن طريقة استخدامك، ولا يعرض إعلانات.
إذا كنت موكلًا
- ترى قضاياك أنت فقط: بياناتها، ومواعيد جلساتها وقراراتها، والمستندات التي يختار المكتب مشاركتها معك، وتوكيلاتك، وحسابك مع المكتب إذا أتاحت إدارة المكتب ذلك.
- الدخول للقراءة فقط: لا يمكنك تعديل أي بيانات أو رفع ملفات، ولا ترى بيانات موكلين آخرين ولا ملاحظات المكتب الداخلية.
- قد تصلك إشعارات عند تحديد جلسة جديدة أو تغيير ميعادها أو تسجيل قرار أو مشاركة مستند، وتذكير قبل جلستك. يمكنك إيقاف التذكير من الإعدادات أو إيقاف الإشعارات من إعدادات هاتفك.
- على الموقع يبقى دخولك محفوظًا في متصفحك حتى 30 يومًا ما لم تسجّل الخروج.
أين تُحفظ البيانات
- تُحفظ بيانات المكتب على خادم المكتب (saudylawfirm.com)، وتنتقل بين التطبيق والخادم مشفّرة عبر HTTPS.
- على هاتفك: تُحفظ جلسة الدخول وكلمة السر في التخزين الآمن للنظام (Keychain على آيفون) حتى تبقى مسجّلًا، ونسخة من بيانات المكتب حتى يعمل التطبيق دون إنترنت. يُحذف ذلك كله عند تسجيل الخروج، ما عدا اسم المستخدم لتسهيل الدخول مرة أخرى.
أذونات الهاتف
- الكاميرا: لتصوير المستندات والتوكيلات ورفعها على ملف القضية، عندما تطلب ذلك فقط.
- الصور: لاختيار صور المستندات من ألبوم الصور.
- بصمة الوجه أو الإصبع: لقفل التطبيق إذا فعّلت ذلك من الإعدادات. لا يصل التطبيق إلى البصمة نفسها؛ يتلقى من النظام نتيجة التحقق فقط.
- الإشعارات: تذكيرات الجلسات ومواعيد الطعن تُجدوَل على هاتفك نفسه من بيانات المكتب. وإشعارات النظام الفورية (مثل إسناد قضية إليك، أو جلسة جديدة أو قرار في قضيتك) تصل عن طريق خدمة OneSignal.
المشاركة مع أطراف أخرى
لا تُباع أي بيانات ولا تُشارَك مع معلنين أو جهات تتبّع، ولا يحتوي التطبيق على أدوات إعلانات أو تتبّع. الأداة الخارجية الوحيدة هي OneSignal لتوصيل إشعارات النظام الفورية: تستلم رمز الإشعارات الخاص بهاتفك ورقمًا داخليًا للمستخدم ونص الإشعار نفسه (مثل رقم القضية وموعد الجلسة)، لتوصيله فقط. تتولى «مدار للحلول البرمجية» تشغيل النظام وصيانته تقنيًا لصالح المكتب، ولا تستخدم بياناته لأي غرض آخر. وإذا فعّلت إدارة المكتب تذكير الموكلين بمواعيد جلساتهم عبر واتساب، تُرسَل رسائل التذكير (اسم الموكل والقضية وموعد الجلسة ومكانها) عبر خدمة WhatsApp من شركة Meta.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
تبقى بيانات المكتب محفوظة على خادمه ما دامت لازمة لعمل المكتب ووفق التزاماته المهنية والقانونية. لحذف حسابك أو تصحيح بياناتك تواصل مع إدارة المكتب، ويستطيع مدير المكتب إيقاف أي حساب من النظام فورًا.
الأمان
كلمات السر محفوظة على الخادم بتشفير لا يمكن استرجاعه، ومحاولات الدخول الخاطئة محدودة، وكل مستخدم يرى ما تسمح به صلاحيته فقط، وتُسجَّل العمليات في سجل يراجعه مدير المكتب، وتُؤخذ نسخة احتياطية من البيانات يوميًا.
الأطفال
التطبيق موجّه لفريق عمل مكتب محاماة، وليس موجّهًا للأطفال.

Privacy Policy — Saudy Law Firm app

The app is the case-management system of Saudy Law Firm, on the phone and on the web. It is used by the office's team, and by the office's clients whom the office administration gives access to follow their own cases. Accounts are created by the office administration only; the app has no sign-up.
If you are a client: you see only your own cases — their details, hearing dates and decisions, the documents the office chooses to share with you, your powers of attorney and, if the office enables it, your account with the office. Access is read-only: you cannot change data or upload files, and you cannot see other clients' data or the office's internal notes. You may receive notifications when a hearing is set or moved, a decision is recorded or a document is shared, and a reminder before your hearing; you can turn reminders off in the app's settings or notifications off in your phone's settings. On the web, your sign-in stays saved in your browser for up to 30 days unless you sign out.
Data handled: your account (name, username, role) and the work data the team enters — cases, hearings, clients and their contact details, powers of attorney and contracts, uploaded documents and photos, tasks and, for permitted roles, the office's fees and expenses. The app does not collect location, contacts or usage analytics, and shows no ads.
Storage: the office's data is stored on the office's own server (saudylawfirm.com) and travels over HTTPS. On the phone, the session and password are kept in the system's secure storage (Keychain) and a copy of the office's data is kept for offline use; both are removed on sign-out, except the username.
Permissions: camera and photos to attach documents when you choose to; Face ID / Touch ID to lock the app if you turn it on (the app only receives the result); notifications — hearing and appeal reminders scheduled on the phone itself, and the system's instant notifications (e.g. a case assigned to you, or a new hearing or decision in your case) delivered through OneSignal.
Sharing: data is not sold or shared with advertisers or trackers, and the app contains no ad or tracking SDKs. The only third-party SDK is OneSignal, which delivers the instant notifications: it receives the phone's push token, an internal user number and the notification text itself (such as a case number or hearing time), only to deliver it. MADAR Software Solutions operates and maintains the system for the office and uses its data for no other purpose. If the office turns on client hearing reminders over WhatsApp, those messages (client name, case, hearing date and place) are sent through Meta's WhatsApp service.
Retention and deletion: data is kept on the office's server as long as the office needs it under its professional and legal obligations. To delete your account or correct your data, contact the office administration; the office administrator can disable any account immediately.
